30 miles east of Spokane, Washington you will find the treasure that is Coeur d’Alene. Barbara Walters once described this place as ‘a slice of heaven’ and every visitor will soon find out why. Located on a large and beautiful lakeside and near two major ski resorts it makes an ideal vacation spot.

Whichever time you choose to visit there is something going on – golf tournaments for instance - which includes at Coeur D’Alene Resort golf course the famous ‘floating green’. Even in winter there are fireworks and parades. Something for everyone - all of the time. For the more vigorous athletes or just the admirers there is the Iron Man Triathlon in June, and at other times there is hiking, fishing, camping and all the rest, as well of course as theatres, restaurants.
